How long does shipping take for markers and gear?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout for those needing gear before the weekend's big game.
Do you offer a warranty on high-end paintball markers?
Yes, all new markers come with a full manufacturer's warranty. Punisher's Paintball also provides an additional layer of support to help you troubleshoot any technical issues or facilitate factory repairs.
What is your return policy for unused equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened paintballs or used air tanks.
Can I trade in my old gear for store credit?
Absolutely! We have a robust trade-in program for used markers and equipment. Contact our support team with photos and details of your gear to receive a custom quote toward your next upgrade.
Do you ship paintballs during extreme weather?
We take great care in packaging paintballs to prevent breakage. During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may recommend expedited shipping or temporary holds to ensure your paint arrives in perfect, round condition.
Are your air tanks shipped full or empty?
Per DOT regulations, all CO2 and HPA tanks must be shipped empty. You can have them filled at your local paintball field or authorized scuba shop upon arrival.
