At Punisher's Paintball, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for new, unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, certain items like paintball markers that have been gassed up or fired cannot be returned.

Verify Eligibility

Ensure your item is in brand-new, unused condition with all original tags, manuals, and packaging intact within 30 days of delivery.

Request an RMA

Contact our support team or use our online portal to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your gear back.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in a shipping box, clearly write your RMA number on the outside, and ship via a carrier with tracking services.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the gear to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
